Workflows
For my Rayflies workflow, run the selected saved node using its nodeId. Poll the task until completion, then re-read the Raynode and verify that outputRefs contains the generated asset. Return the board link and report any persistence error.

Ask your assistant to discover available models, create a board, and validate it before running. Generation tasks use your Rayflies generations. To save results on the canvas, target a saved node with inputs.nodeId and poll its task through completion. Then re-read the board to verify the output and open it using the same Rayflies login.

The MCP endpoint requires an OAuth access token from your assistant. Being signed in to the Rayflies website does not authenticate a raw browser request to the endpoint. Start authentication from your MCP client.
Check the exact client_id in the authorization request. ChatGPT and Codex use different client metadata URLs. Your administrator should check admission and metadata status for that exact client in Clerk, then refresh its metadata. Avoid deleting unrelated registrations.
The client requested a scope it is not permitted to use. Ask your administrator to align the requested scopes with that client’s allowed scopes. Prefer only the permissions needed for the connection.
Confirm that the run targeted the correct saved nodeId, poll raynodes_task_status through completion, and re-read the saved board. Check for checkpoint errors. Runs created before durable task association was deployed may need recovery; do not regenerate just to recover an existing asset.
Ask the assistant to call raynodes_list_models for current availability. Generation requirements depend on the model and settings, including duration and audio. Confirm the estimate before starting a task.
Check that the connector and website use the same environment and Rayflies account. A dev board may not appear in production. Open the URL returned when the board was created.
