1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rayflies.ai, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use Rayflies.ai.

3. Use of Services

• Use Rayflies.ai only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and content on Rayflies.ai belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. To request deletion, email support@rayflies.ai. Requests will be completed within 7 business days.

7. Disclaimers

Rayflies.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayflies.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
